Any dispute regarding the application, execution, interpretation and violation of contracts of purchase stipulated on-line via the website CialdeItalia.it, it is subject to Italian jurisdiction; the present general conditions you reported, although not expressly provided herein, to the combined willing of D.lgs. n. 50 of 15.1.1992 and of the D.lgs. n. 185 of the 22.5.1999.
For any dispute between the parties in relating to this contract will be competent the Foro exclusive of Grosseto.
